Warts

Warts (or verrucas) are growths on the skin causes by human papillomavirus. Extra cell growth means that the skin becomes thick and hard. Sometimes there is a black dot in the middle.

They are most common on the hands and feet.

Warts will usually go away on their own. If we do want to get rid of them then treatment options include salicylic, cryotherapy, or curettage and cautery.
